The trip to Punta Cana was great, loved the all inclusive experience. Everyone in our group was so glad they booked through Vincent Vacations. Our travel agent, Kirsten Draper, went above and beyond to answer the many questions our group had prior to our trip. The excursions we booked through Kirsten were a blast and she helped us figure out the dinner reservation system. Kirsten provided each traveler with a very detailed trip itinerary which included flight, hotel, excursions, special events, dinner information, reminders, and suggestions. Stormy weather caused a few travel glitches, but Kirsten came to our rescue and we were able to continue our trip. She provided answers to questions and provided assistance during our trip as well. Every person on our trip agreed that they would prefer to use Vincent Vacations and Kirsten Draper over planning and booking on their own. I would highly recommend her for your go to travel agent.
