Tracy was BEYOND amazing to work with. First time home buyers, living in different states, a young child and no idea what we were doing, he handled every question we had like a true pro, was honest and extremely timely on everything from communication to getting us into our house exactly when we wanted to. Could not imagine working with any other realtor!
Tracy was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Looking forward to work with him again.
We were very fortunate to work with Tracy Bertalotto during our recent home sale. Members of our family had lived at this location since the 1800’s and after becoming aware of this noteworthy legacy, Tracy could not have been more compassionate and professional in dealing with the sensitive nature of the transaction. He realized that years of collecting memories and possessions meant that the sale would be a process, and at times emotional, to this end he demonstrated sincere patience and resolve. His personalized approach, effective communicative skills and acute market knowledge, kept us informed each and every step of the way. Once the house was ready to list, the presentation of the property was polished and skillful. He utilized a productive combination of social media outlets and traditional mediums making for sophisticated, easy access to potential buyers. If you need someone who is reliable, efficient, willing to provide genuine care and support, an adept negotiator and problem solver, then Tracy Bertalotto should be your realtor.
Tracy was an amazing real estate agent for the sale of our home. From start to end, he was personable, honest, forthright, full of integrity and has become a good friend through our journey. We appreciate all of his attentiveness to us when we were sweating the sale of our home, but he was there calming us down which we appreciate more than he will ever know. I would definitely have Tracy handle any real estate transaction we would ever have. It feels to know there are people out there who you can trust.
Tracy was great and awesome to work with when selling my house. He offered advice and also helped me through the process. It was easy for me to choose Tracy. I probably know a 100 realtors, but it was easy to pick Tracy. He gives back to the community. I am the Sports Director at the Mid Willamette Family YMCA. I had left, but was convinced to come back once we opened the new Y. To my surprise, we were out of funding and did not have bleachers for the gyms!! I had to find people willing to help and sponsor to get our first 4 bleachers. Tracy was one of the first! Thanks for the help on selling the house Tracy, and for what you do for the community!! :)
