As an older athlete who seriously strength-trains at an advanced level, I have the tendency to develop aches and pains, and throw my body out of alignment on a rather regular basis. Dave has never failed to put me back together and get me back lifting, pain-free, often within days. Dave is professional, attentive and caring, and I have come to depend on him to know what to do to make it “all better”. I have also recommended him to my own gym clients, and they have been very happy with what he’s been able to do for them.
I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for non-invasive pain relief!
I started seeing Dave after a trainer at my gym said go see him, he is amazing. I have been having pain in my neck and right hip for years.
From the first session he made me feel very comfortable and very hopeful. After assessing me and my injuries, he got to work. By the end of that first session my pain was gone in my hip. He was very knowledgeable and totally explained what was causing the issue, how to fix it and what I need to do to keep it pain free.
We are still working on my neck area..but it feels so much better already.
If you are having any pain, tightness, stiffness, injury….i would say to run, not walk, to see him.
