We had Evgeni from TopLine Drafting draw up plans for an extension of our living room and a large front porch and couldn't be happier. Evgeni was extremely helpful, very pleasant and did excellent work. I would highly recommend him!
TOPLINE Drafting & Design was an absolute pleasure to work with. Evgeni listened to our ideas and helped us come up with a design that fit our needs. We will work with Evgeni again!
Evgeni did an amazing job on our plans. Great attention to detail and good communication.
Did a great job on my structural plans for my addition. I will be using him again.
TopLine designed a garage for me, which I then had contractors bid on and then build. He performs meticulous, thorough, quality work. The designs fully met code and were sufficiently detailed for each sub-contractor to build to. It turned out beautifully! Evgeni is very responsive to questions and changes. He's also pleasant and engaging! I'm very satisfied.
