5-Star Review of Tom's Plumbing Service, Inc

These guys are awesome. We had had Peterson come twice and the issue was not taken care of, they changed hose and charged us. Tom's on the other hand spent some time on the phone with me giving me directions on what to look for. My husband accidentally unhooked a tube and water flooded our kitchen. Tom's came promptly and again gave us directions. They left and charged us nothing!!!! We are calling them to schedule new work we want done. They will be our guys from now on. I highly recommend this down to earth kind hearted business!!

Called in Tuesday late afternoon asking for a shower valve install and extending the height of the shower head. While everyone else wasn't able to see me until next week, Tom was able to squeeze me in Wednesday afternoon and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great and affordable plumber in Eugene!

I called to get a quote on replacing a cast iron toilet flange. He explained that I could get an adapter at a hardware store and proceeded to explain the three different types of adapter I could get. This was excellent service and probably saved me a lot of money. When I do actually need a plumber in the future, I'll definitely be calling Tom's.
