Kitchen backsplash

I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received from The Tile Gallery! I remodeled my kitchen and the last thing I needed was the backsplash. I scheduled an appointment with Alex, and on my first day there, we talked about my likes/dislikes, my goals and she did her best to meet my needs. I never felt rushed in picking a tile, I had to make several trips, brought back home lots of samples, she had been so patient with me during the whole process and ultimately picked the tile I love. When it came to scheduling install, I had a specific time frame and she worked hard with me coordinating that along with my work schedule and we were able to get things done! The contractors were very professional, answered all my questions and I’m satisfied with the work they have done. I’m very happy and whenever I’m ready to remodel my bathrooms, I’ll be coming back here for my tile selection!

    Bathroom tile

    I have a new bathroom being added to my house. I had a general idea of what tile design I wanted and went to several places to look at the tile selection. I ended up working mostly with The Tile Gallery because of their varied selection and great customer service by their sales rep, Alex. Alex was incredibly helpful and responsive in listening to my ideas and bringing different tile selections for me to contrast and compare. From my first visit through to purchase, Alex was on top of things. She was open and informative about prices, appropriateness and availability of the various tile options and communicated updates regularly. I am very happy with my choices. Thanks Alex!

    Everything was fantastic

    The tile I originally chose was ordered so I could get a better picture of what it looked like. I was so disappointed that it did not look the same as the sample. Alex worked with me tirelessly to help me find another tile. She did find one I thought would work fine and it was ordered. When we received the tile and brought it home and I got another look at it I fell in love. It was so beautiful I could wanted to just sit and hug it. With Alex's assistance and patience the experience worked out wonderfully. I will recomend the Tile Gallery to everyone I know making a change to their home and wants to use tile.

    Granite product I was searching for was not in stock so Alex referred me to another with more options

    Tile Purchase

    I worked with Alex for my bathroom remodel. Alex was very friendly, patient, helpful and professional. She took a vested interest in my remodeling project and my vision. Alex always followed up after my visits with further tile recommendations for my project. She never hesitated to order samples of tile if they did not have a sample. Alex continues to email me to obtain updates on how my remodel is going. I enjoyed working with Alex!! I would recommend working with the Tile Gallery and Alex.

    Great experience

    We were greeted by The Tile Gallery’s wonderful design associate, Alex. She already had some tile options ready for us to look at and other suggestions that were helpful No pressure atmosphere, very knowledgeable about product and customer service was top notch!!!
