Heartbroken and Dissatisfied
As soon as I got home, I unwrapped what I thought would be a treasured 3 ft. X 2 ft. photo of Little North Fork river. After hanging it I noticed a drip line down the center of the photo. I tried to wipe it away carefully and the ink came off on my finger. Why is the ink not acid fast? A photo I had done at COSTCO does not run. This is terrible quality for $179.00
