1-Star Review of The Plumbing Works

I went in to the shop on a Monday afternoon, and received excellent customer service! I only needed assistance with a very small attachment for my kitchen sink to attach my water filter. The guy at the front counter was great. He fixed the issue for me with the little part I brought in. It was a simple fix, getting the washer in the right place. I just appreciate the help, with a good attitude. 😊

Hired the company through American home shield for an issue. They’re very good at communicating. Jim from plumbing works was on time, figured the problem and fixed the issue effectively. He was very friendly and I really appreciated his help.

After visiting Jerry's and Consolidated Supply, they referred me to Plumbing Works. Plumbing Works went above and beyond to identify the brand of an old trim piece. Rare to find such good customer service. These guys are great.
