The team here did a spectacular job on a full home repipe. Our old CPVC was replaced with PEX including the main water supply from the meter. Kyle and his team were able to overcome any obstacles they encountered and left the city inspector surprised at the quality of work. I would highly recommend this team for plumbing jobs large and small!
We used The Plumbers Inc to install a new water heater and replace an old tub waste pipe. They did excellent work and their plumbers were friendly and professional. A couple months later, I noticed what I thought was a small leak coming from the waste pipe they'd replaced. I called them to ask about their warranty process and they sent out someone within 2 days to come check it out. Kyle went above and beyond to identify the problem, which turned out to be gaps in the tile grout causing the leak. He was very kind and helpful in giving me tips to repair the issue. Highly recommend them, especially Kyle!
We've used The Plumbers Inc a couple of times now: one extensive, multi-faceted project on an old building and once for an emergency water heater repair on my own house (complete turn-around was done in less than 24 hours). Both times the service was professional, prompt and very friendly. Another reviewer comments on a detailed, meticulous quote which matches my experience as well. I'll come back again for future needs.
Judah was able to work me into his schedule last minute, to help find a pretty big leak in my basement which I am very grateful for. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable; will definitely be using The Plumbers Inc for any future plumbing issues.
Being new to the area, we needed someone to fix our leak. Quickly. The Plumbers didn't disappoint. Fast. Professional. Courteous. Jeremy came through in the clutch — and most importantly, we now have a plumber. Thanks again.
