Such a great experience. I discovered the other day that all my kids' bikes were very outgrown and long past their prime. I wanted to get some high-quality, used bikes, and the first place I tried, Bike Peddler, recommended The Northwest Hub. The owner took time to explain how to use various features the kids hadn't used before, and he adjusted and changed a couple things out to get the fit just right for each kid. He didn't have a bike ready that would work for my youngest son, so he went looking in his back room and found something he coukd get ready for him. He could have said, "Here, take this bike that is just barely big enough, and come back in the spring when he's outgrown it." He could have cared more about making a sale, but he cared more about doing quality work. We will definitely continue going there for our bicycle needs.
