Since my retirement 8 yrs ago I have been unsuccessful in losing the 39 lbs that I gained. I’ve had personal trainers, and they were all good at keeping me working out, but I still wasn’t able to lose weight. A former co-worker had outstanding results by following The Ideal Protein Plan. So, I decided to contact them inquiring about their program. Thanks to The Ideal Protein of Mt Juliet, I have lost 21 lbs, so far. Kristen is wonderful. She is encouraging and understand real life situations and helps you deal with them while sticking to the plan. The Program is very easy to follow and something that I can still follow once I am on maintenance.
