We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience with The Forum Group PNW. We understand how difficult and frustrating it can be to have an assignment come to an end, particularly when the timing is unexpected, and we are sorry that we have not yet been able to connect you with another opportunity.

We do want to provide a little additional context. When we initially connected, you shared that you were looking to leave your existing position and were open to considering a temporary opportunity in order to make a change. The position you accepted through our firm was communicated from the beginning as a long-term temporary assignment, and we were very pleased that it provided you with several months of employment at a higher rate of pay.

Unfortunately, with temporary staffing, there are times when a client’s business needs change and an assignment ends sooner or with less notice than any of us would prefer. I completely understand how disappointing that can be. While we always hope to have another opportunity available for someone when an assignment ends, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will immediately have a position that aligns with their experience, compensation needs, location, and career goals.

The Forum Group PNW truly cares about the candidates we work with and never want someone to walk away feeling that they weren’t supported. I’m sorry that your experience ultimately left you feeling this way, and we sincerely wish you success in finding a position that is a great long-term fit for you.
