I recently googled the Corvallis contractor to get their mailing address so I could send them a thank you card for the recent job they did for me - I'm old school like that. I was surprised to see they had a google page with only two reviews, both of which sound like they were from unhappy people that haven't even done business with them. It makes sense though because the happiest people simply tell their friends and neighbors of their good experiences when asked if they know someone for this or that. There is a reason you can't drive around Albany/Corvallis and surrounding areas without seeing at least two or three of their vehicles running from one job to another. Clearly they're making people happy one disaster restoration at a time and let's face it, who wants to run to the web to write a google review after recovering from that? Now on to my 5 star review... These guys are an awesome family owned business that takes care of their customers and employees. Last month we had a kitchen sink overflow. I called the Corvallis Contractor and they were at my house less than two hours later. My neighborhood look liked an episode of Extreme Home Makeover. There were half dozen employees in my house doing their thing, pulling cabinets and floor, loading items in the dump trailer, loading cabinets in the box truck, packing our kitchen carefully in boxes etc. By the end of the day we had a temporary kitchen with counter tops and a fully functioning sink. Their employees were very polite keeping us up to date throughout the day. They definitely know what they're doing. I love how everyone was always on the same page with the other. The day this happened was a work from home day so I was able to spend time chatting with each person that came and went. They all seem to love their employer and the benefits that come with working for them. On the days to follow they were excellent at communicating about arrival times for further inspections and were flexible with scheduling so I could be home to put our very protective large dog away. I couldn't be happier with their speediness, service and communication. I highly recommend them and their employees.
