State Farm Insurance Exceeds Expectationsions!
On September 27, 2023 I was rear-ended while stopped at a construction site. I attempted to call the other driver's insurance which he had provided. It was very confusing. The agent didn't appear to think he could help me. I talked to 3 people. Finally, one person said they were sure the person who they were transferring me to could help. The person was not available. I left a message, but realized I needed help. The truly wonderful Jennifer came to my rescue! She and another person literally stayed on the phone with me until they found a tow company so that I could get home. We are a one car family. They ordered a rental car, made sure the tow company could take the car and me. I knew from the first contact with Jennifer that her customer was sincere! Thank Jennifer and State Farm for this level of attention!
