5-Star Review of Tercek Real Estate Group

Matt and his team delivered incredibly fast results with an unconventional purchase in Portland. We had a tight timeline with many critical hurdles that this group was able to predict, navigate and negotiate so that I could sleep soundly. We chose Matt because of his granular knowledge of the purchase process and willingness to think-outside the box. The speed and precision of the questions and responses from Matt and his team kept us confident that we had made the correct choice.

This is the second time we have worked with Matt and his team, this time to sell, and were under contract in two days. The Tercek Real Estate Group is professional and friendly, and were our biggest advocates through rounds of negotiations. They are extremely communicative and very knowledgeable about the Portland metro area. Their approach to using social media reaches an even larger audience. And their photography/videography is top tier. We highly recommend, and we will work with them again in the future!

Mathew has done an amazing job helping us sell our house. He is clearly an expert in evaluating the housing market, and help us set a clear and precise strategy in preparing our house for the market. He and his team have done a superb job executing this strategy. They helped us design paint color scheme, get the painting, landscaping, and cleaning jobs done with minimal efforts from us. This makes our selling experience so easy and smooth. The house received offers within a week of being on the market, we believe this is a result of well planned strategy followed by efficient executions. The team also provided support in the losing process, we are very pleased. This team has made house sale truly a stress free process.

We had a great experience working with Matthew and his entire team. They were consistently prompt, responsive, and easy to get a hold of, always taking the time to answer our questions thoroughly. We really appreciated how they were professional at all times while also being friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. Their support made the entire process smooth and much less stressful. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
