Customer service is poor. One example My renewal got lost in the mail and I drove without insurance for weeks! They never called me! sent a notice to an email I don't check very often.

A few years after moving to Salem I switched all of our policies to Ted Ferry's State Farm office. I deal with them on several vehicles, including a RV , homeowners, and an umbrella policy and am thoroughly happy with all in this office.
