Tim, who works in Ted's office, did an excellent job getting me set up with car insurance that is $100 less than what I used to pay and also receive better coverage!! This office is great to do business with; Ted and his staff are very knowledgeable, and I couldn't be happier!

Ted and his staff have been giving good service to my wife and I, who are long-time State Farm customers, but new to having Ted as our agent. Recently we bought a new car and the process of changing over our policy from our old car was handled very smoothly.

Long time customer was hit two times over summer, by there own customers. They cancelled my car policy. Horrible customer relations, go see anyone but Ted Ferry and State farm.
