Employees were super helpful. Process seemed clunky but I think that was just the process. You have to leave a message but they got right back to you.
Agent was able to find me several quotes that were lower than I had previously been quoted. I was very satisfied with the services and would recommend to anyone looking to change or obtain auto insurance.
Boaz, this State Farm rep was personable, genuine, and was extremely patient with me throughout the process. I put him through the wringer but always answered my calls with a positive attitude. If you’re calling State Farm, ask for Boaz.
