Allison was friendly, helpful and prompt in responding to my inquiries. She was patient when I explained the difficulty my family was having with a particular app and gave me confidence the situation would be handled. We exchanged a few phone calls, and she was understanding and reassuring!

Was able to speak with Kyle on the phone just shortly after requesting a quote for renters insurance, he helped me get everything set up and then two days later helped me switch my motorcycle insurance over to State Farm for a much better price. Extremely helpful, great service.
Needed to make changes to my policy and there were so many variables and follow up questions. Danae helped me with nothing but kindness and patience making me feel confident in my decision making.
