Ben was VERY human with me and gave me great competitive quotes after PEMCO jacked my auto rate by $230 for a clean driving record. I ended up going with Amica because they were able to save me money off the previous year's policy...however...if my rates go up again for some unknown reason, I will not hesitate to call Ben and Ted at
