Trusted by 2 placesMoving cross-country, I was apprehensive that we would find a State Farm insurance agent who would take care of us as well as our agents in Missouri. After a year in Salem, we have been very pleased with Ted Ferry's office. They have been available and helpful with every question I've had and have gone out of their way numerous times

When modifying existing policies I got helpful and efficient assistance and what I feel is good advice. Much appreciated!
It was good and fast the young man was good on getting us in and out
Boaz responded promptly to all my calls and emails. He was kind, personable, and professional in all our interactions and answered any questions I had. This was a night and day experience compared to other companies we had tried working with in the past.
Boaz is the man. He was super friendly and helpful in helping me with my insurance plan. 11/10 would recommend.
