Toxic customer service. No greeting. Just “what’s your phone number.” I was turned away by the staff who said that there was nothing they could do for me. Nothing. Not talk about timelines and goals, not explore other options like spray tan or… all of which I was open to discussing. Most unfriendly staff person in Springfield.
First time I went for a spray tan and I arrived little before closing. The gal behind the desk was super nice and helpful. She did not even blink an eye at the time just kindly set me up. Spray lasted a week or more. And the color blend she selected was a perfect for me. I will be going back soon.
Lilly is so nice! She always remembers me and I don't have to give her my name to check in. She is so sweet and seems like such a hard worker. She is so kind to everyone that comes in. You guys are lucky to find such a great employee.
