Customer service is always very poor. Staff always seems like they are irritated to have to help check in and get set up. I’ve purchased packages that go ‘missing’. Don’t waste your money, go to the store and buy self tanner. It’s cheaper, looks better and lasts just as long.

I've tanned at several Tan Republic salons. Lancaster location Best ever! Whole team in there rock and work their asses off! The energy in there is genuine and up beat!
