1440 is a great gym. It has mostly everything you want and need. Its kept clean. The patrons are really nice as well. I've been a member for going on two years now and I recommend the gym to all my friends. Plus the trainer is super knowledgeable and has helped me a great deal! If interested in personal training, ask for Jeremy. Side

Convenient, they do offer classes and the owner is very nice. I would like it cleaner in some areas like the mat room. Other then that it's good.
