First of all, Mike is an excellent manager and wasn't pushy at all which made buying from them that much better. As for Kainoa(sp), what an absolute doll!!! He was not only a pure joy to talk to, but went above and beyond for my Client who isn't all that tech savvy, and has a hard time understanding english. 10/10 Great experience, thank you gentlemen!
Well I just GOT TO give a HUGE Kuddo/Shout Out to Employee " John" down at our Albany, Oregon T-Mobile Store. Poor guy...I had been bugging him all week for help! I was really missing Andrew at first cuz Andrew was great too and wonderful with me as I am severely hearing impaired and not the best computer/phone literate! I was hesitant at first with John and worried I wouldn't ever get finished what needed to be done! I am here to tell you not only was John VERY GOOD at making sure that I could actually hear and understand him, he is very good at his job and expertise in the cell phone business. His Customer Service was Superb! And a great personality and humor is a definite plus in my book! So....I Thank You John So Very Much for ALL YOUR HELP JOHN (and putting up with Me)! All a that is a rare commodity in 2024! T-Mobile, you better pay this guy to want to stay with your company because He is a KEEPER!!! And NO...I never met John a day before in my life until last week, when I needed to transfer over 70k pictures and get my old phone back to Assuriant A.S.A.P. John made THAT HAPPEN!!! and with a Smile 😊 !!!! ♡♡♡ !!!!
