Outstanding brokerage by Curt Arthur, SIOR

We recently found ourselves needing to help one of our Salem tenants who was struggling. Without blinking, we recommended that our customer work with Curt Arthur, SIOR and the SVN Commercial Advisors LLC team to sublease their 26,000 square foot warehouse. Curt was able to find a replacement tenant in short fashion, and help facilitate (not a sublease, but rather) a new direct lease. Win/win/win for all parties involved.     SVN Real Estate Economic Forum

    SVN put together an excellent and informative gathering today for business leaders, and real estate professionals in the region. The highlight was receiving first rate sector reviews and forecasting that included Agricultural, Retail,Office,Residential, as well as overview of present and future Economic Development dependent upon the movements in the market. .

    Prompt, professional and thorough.
