We recently found ourselves needing to help one of our Salem tenants who was struggling. Without blinking, we recommended that our customer work with Curt Arthur, SIOR and the SVN Commercial Advisors LLC team to sublease their 26,000 square foot warehouse. Curt was able to find a replacement tenant in short fashion, and help facilitate (not a sublease, but rather) a new direct lease. Win/win/win for all parties involved. Cue the "when a hero comes along" song! We appreciate the consistent great brokerage work and leadership from Curt Arthur, SIOR!
