As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and lots of specific needs. Susan was amazing to work with and found the answers to all of my questions. If she didn't know the answer, she researched it for me which has proven invaluable. She has an expansive network and worked very hard to help me find my dream house. I'm very thankful for all of her time and effort.
We had an excellent experience working with Susan. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly listen to what we wanted and never pushed us beyond our comfort zone or budget. Instead, she met us where we were, offering guidance and education when we needed it without ever being condescending or making assumptions. She was consistently responsive, enthusiastic, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful, but she made us feel supported every step of the way. She was a genuine pleasure to work with, and we always felt like she had our best interests at heart. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly client-focused, I would recommend her without hesitation.
Susan Stohl was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and kept everything organized throughout the entire process. Susan explained things clearly, stayed on top of details, and made what could have been stressful feel smooth and manageable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced realtor.
We were so thrilled at the process Susan took us through to buy our new home. She went above and beyond as we got to know the market and zeroed in on what we were really looking for. We've bought a variety of properties over the years, and Susan was a top notch and very responsive communicator, negotiating our deal to our high satisfaction. Even after we were under contract, she still stayed engaged, even showing up ridiculously early on our move in day to make sure we had the keys and a little breakfast. Susan Stohl is a true professional, with patience and heart. We give our highest recommendation, don't hesitate to give her a call!
I truly believe Susan is the best there is! When we purchased our home, she was the most diligent agent I could have asked for, matching us with many homes that would fill our needs until we found our dream home. Then, when we were ready to sell that same property and move onto the next chapter of our lives, she was with us from start to end, helping us with every aspect from getting the home ready for showings, to keeping our spirits up through frustrations. I only wish I could take her with us where we moved to to help us find out next property. I could not have asked for anyone better equipped or more passionate about the process. I would recommend Susan Stohl to anyone looking for their dream home or sell their treasured home.
