ZERO STARS.WEBSITE IS FILLED WITH AI GENERATED CRAP. Shows ai generated images of kids in the parties tab. Clearly they don't host any parties, or they have enough complaints that it's not fun for people. I'm so bummed to have accidentally supported a company that uses ai generated images as part of their marketing. Came here for laser tag, happily took my money then said the next game of laser tag started in 10 minutes. We went to the laser tag entrance and were left standing there for 30 minutes. Tried to talk to customer service, the same person who took my money and said "oh it's down today." Then she called someone about it and then said they'd be right over to let us in? so confusing. Just pure lazy employees. another 20 minutes later we were finally let in to the next waiting room where we watched a old video about how the laser tag works. The arena itself was a glorified closet. It's very small, no fun lights, no fog at all, can't even see your laser beams in the air. A lot of the targets weren't working. Save your money, save your afternoon, and definitely save yourself the AI-generated false advertising. 0/5, WILL not accidentally support again. Images attached are screenshots of the ai generates garbage on their website. Their instagram and facebook is filled with ai generated garbage too.
