Efficient Roofers. Too Many Hurdles with Scheduling.
Overall I would recommend the work of Stutzman and Knopf. Their roofers showed up early and worked efficiently to complete the job in one day. They did however forget to re-attach 2 screws on existing flashing and left over 10 nails in the gutter over our deck. I will say I only found one nail on the deck and none elsewhere which is much appreciated. My biggest concern it the time and hassle it took to get our roof project scheduled. I had to repeatedly call and leave messages with numerous employees over serveral weeks to finally confirm a service date. The process made me question whether or not to use Stutzman and Kropf. Ultimately I am satisfied with the product but frustrated with the process. Please let me know if you have additional questions. Sincerely, Paul
