We first met Steve Hummer when we purchased a beautiful cabin near Crescent Lake by Willamette Pass as an Airbnb investment. From day one, he was an absolute joy to work with. Professional, punctual, highly communicative, and incredibly easy to work with, he made the buying process seamless. About a year later, when we decided the property was not the perfect long-term fit, we turned to Steve again to represent us in selling it. Once again, he exceeded expectations. This was not an easy sale. We listed nearly $100,000 above our original purchase price due to the significant upgrades we had made, and Oregon wildfire concerns added another layer of complexity during the listing period. Steve handled every challenge with steady experience and professionalism. He helped us present the cabin beautifully, clearly showcasing the upgrades and its fully furnished, turnkey appeal as a mountain retreat. We ultimately achieved the sale price we were hoping for. Steve is a consummate professional who truly goes out of his way for his clients. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Steve Hummer, was the best and helped me keep a level head when things started to feel a bit stressful. Having him as a former teacher in high school years ago, the feeling of having him help my family and I out felt nostalgic again. So thank you steve for being there like you were you almost 20 years ago and helping me find the perfect house for our first time. :)

As a first-time home buyer I cannot recommend Steve enough. He worked with us so that we would understand the process and helped guide us as we worked our way through it. Above all though, the thing I appreciate the most about Steve is his integrity. The lender and inspector that he vouched for were wonderful to work with and he made it clear when he did not vouch for someone. He takes his reputation and integrity seriously, which was a huge relief as we offered and closed on our new home. Having someone in our corner that we could trust to look out for us was what we wanted and Steve delivered exactly that.

You have been exceptionally impressive, particularly considering the challenges we encountered. Even when you underwent surgery, your availability and dedication remained unwavering throughout the process. We are deeply grateful for your support and guidance. Our youngest child also holds you in high regard, which is notable given his discerning nature.

Steve spent a lot of time with us through several failed offers and a lot of property visits to find the perfect house. He made sure to follow up and pushed our transaction through at the end with a lot of sweat equity. I know it would not have closed without his perseverance. He was always on top of details. i highly recommend using him for your purchase!!
