While everyone one in there is nice and has a great attitude...the service could be better...ArmorAll was spayed and not wiped into the surfaces...vacuumed but missed trash along the door and between the seats...there were still leaves and dirt on the tail and window of the vehicle. I know they tend to move fast to get it done but maybe they can slow down a little and be more detailed.
My first time here and the guy was so patient and kind and walked me through how everything works! The receptionist was also super kind! I will be a frequent customer! Only took about 20 minutes for a quick detail inside and out too! Check them out!!!!
This is my first time getting my car detailed. My Toyota Camry was detailed on May 5th. I believe the gentleman's name who detailed my car was Daniel. He did a fantastic job! I will be returning to Starbrite to get my car detailed.
This is the best place in town to have your car washed! The staff here are very friendly and well trained to do their jobs. They always provide me with excellent service in a timely manner at a cost that’s affordable.
Will is amazing!! I had gone to several other auto detailing shops to remove bird poop and bug guts from my truck. I was told that I had to pay in total right at $3,000 to correct any damage done from driving across the country. Of course I tried car washes and was told that it was bad because my paint was so heavily damaged🙄 I was on my way to an appointment when I saw Starbrite Car Wash to my right, I wasn't going to turn around go back, but I had a feeling to. When I entered the parking lot I saw a man hand drying a woman's SUV. I stopped and had casual convo and asked her about getting a hand wash for my truck. She said that she believed they did over that service in the back area of the establishment. After the conversation, I asked the front desk lady concretely and she confirmed. Drove around back, spoke with Will, the business owner of the hand wash detail shop and he was very kind. I told him my issues, and he didn't seem worried one bit. As a matter of fact, he examined my truck all the way around and told me that he could remove the stains with a good ole fashioned hand wash and wax. I sat patiently and he did just that!! I highly recommend him and his work because he takes pride in what he does as if it were his very own vehicle that he was working on. You're not just a number, you're an important client of his and he cares about your entire experience with him.
