Kelly and her husband are very customer oriented. They accommodate our needs very quickly on a Saturday , Dale is very knowledgeable, he does explain what he is doing and the reason why. I was very happy with the service we had hot water back on right away I will definitely recommend them .
Dale and Kelly are great. I would recommend them to anyone! Responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, personable. Tia really knows his stuff and Kelly runs a tight ship.
Spectrum Plumbing was wonderful to work with. Matt was great, very professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again!!
Dale saved the day for me, multiple times! While dealing with a massive leak under my home and needing a whole new plumbing system, I needed to find someone I could trust to do a high quality job but also budget friendly. He was fast and super helpful making sure I understood the whole process and answering all of my questions even when I had to have him come back out a couple times for other unexpected issues. He was truly happy to help & I didn’t feel like he was just there to hurry up and bill me like many other service repair companies. If you need an experienced, affordable Plumber that you can trust, I highly recommend Dale with Spectrum Plumbing. Thank you for making this such a stress-free experience! I’m recommending him to all of my “Mom groups!”
I can’t say enough good things about Spectrum Plumbing and the owner, Dale! As a new homeowner, I was honestly a little overwhelmed with learning the ins and outs of maintaining my water heater. Dale not only showed up right on time, but he also went above and beyond by giving me what felt like a full class on how to properly take care of it. He walked me through everything step by step, answered every question I could possibly think of, and even encouraged me to call him if I ever had follow-up questions down the road. His friendliness, patience, and honesty really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who takes the time to make sure you truly understand what’s going on instead of just rushing through the job. Dale earned my trust completely, and from now on, he’s the only plumber I’ll be calling. If you’re looking for a professional who knows his stuff, takes pride in his work, and treats his customers like family, I highly recommend Spectrum Plumbing and Dale. Thank you for making this such a stress-free and educational experience!
