A week later I returned to my house five minutes before the appointmen

Our house was broken into while we were out of town, and the perpetrator smashed through the sliding glass patio door on the back of our house. When we arrived home we called South Town Glass on the recommendation of a neighbor, and due to the circumstances they gave it top priority. They had someone out the same day to measure the

I was rushed out rather rudely 5 minutes before closing time. When I showed them a simple window vinyl trim replacement that I needed, they wanted me to buy a whole new window. I then made the mistake of buying a few replacement window parts from this place. When I tried to return parts not needed, they would not take them back. Neve

The guy at the counter was really nice. The call I got from the office lady was border line rude. After the details were worked out she didn't apologize for being wrong. I guess Carl was too busy having a horrible radio show, yes horrible. Besides the office lady and Carl being full of himself I would still say the business is ok. He

Southtown glass refused to contact the tenant to make an appointment. Was very rude. We will be going with another company to replace the window.
