Relief from Surgery Plus Some

WHEW what a relief plus some. After ACL surgery and clearance from my doctor I saw Tracy for a lymph drainage massage focusing on my leg. Pryor to seeing her my lower leg and foot were cold 24/7. My knee was hot from the swelling and my lower leg was cold with fluids that couldn't get out past the swelling. In physical therapy my range of motion was slow to improve. Tracy did her magic and not only did my lower leg and foot finally warm up but when I sat up on the table my knee bent right down over the edge of the table. When I returned to physical therapy my range of motion had increased by 7* I would recommend Tracy's talents to anyone who has had or will be having this situation arise in their life?with a doctors clearance of course. Thank you Tracy for everything you do, you are truly a gifted therapist. :-)
