Matt did a great job communicating what the issues were as well as creating simple and easy to manage resolutions. Matt made the appointment on schedule and was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Would definitely look forward to working with Matt as our technician the next time trouble arises.
Update on our whole home water system. Wish we had done this year's ago. 2 weeks in and our skin and hair have improved. On top of the clean great tasting water. We really enjoy our clean and good tasting water. Thanks again.
Kenny was great. Knowledgeable and honest about the potential risks with the work we needed done. Repair was successful with no issues. Thank you!
Our technician Steve J. Did a swift and thorough job repairing the kitchen faucet. He took his time answering any questions we had and provided full detail what he did for future issues.
So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k... Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.
