Making an appointment was very expedient, even as a new patient. I was able to get in on the following day, which was reassuring as I had a mole that was a concern. Albany office is very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Mark Williams is very kind and explained things well. He was open to all my questions and took the time to answer. A mole needed to be biopsied, and the process was pain free and the overall experience was positive. I am grateful for this clinic. I would recommend it highly.

We were in the waiting room a very short time. There were several people waiting and were called in a timely manner. Our doctor came in quickly and was very friendly He explained what the diagnosis was and treated it. He demonstrated the treatment before starting. He treated the problem quickly and we were out the door. We were very satisfied.

Prompt, professional, and very kind. Josh Bezecny is very knowledgeable, and made my oft-anxious teenager feel at ease. I was even offered a telehealth follow-up which is convenient as we live 1.5 hours from the office. This office is/has changed their name to Frontier Dermatology. We missed signs for the office at first; look for the old library building.
