Sid, bill, and the rest of the crew were great to work with. Sid custom made an engagement ring for my fiancé based on my ideas and it was absolutely amazing. She and everyone she shows it to are blown away by the quality. I came in right before a trip to Hawaii looking for a ring and didn’t find exactly what I wanted so they suggested I have it custom made, which was great however I was limited on time as we would be leaving for a trip in less than a week (getting it earlier was not an option since she WOULD have found out either from the missing money or just intuition, and it needed to be a surprise). To my shock though Sid told me it would be possible to have it done for me in only a couple days. Sure enough Sid had the ring ready to go early and it was better than I could have imagined, he managed to achieve everything I wanted and more. As an added benefit of working with Sid, he includes a quite generous lifetime warranty and all he asks is that you come by once a month to have it looked at and cleaned (he will clean any other jewelry you bring too) all for FREE of course.
