So, first let me say that Shannon took a bad situation for us, and helped us turn it into the biggest positive we have experienced so far in life. I can not express how wonderful Shannon made our home buying experience for us. She is a wonderful person to work with and made us feel so comfortable the whole way through. She answered any and all questions we had since it was our first home purchase and explained things so we would understand them. She was great with communicating and letting us know exactly what was happening and what steps we needed to do next. She gave us her opinion on things and guided us along the way and didnt push or pressure, at no point during this whole process did we feel any type of pressure at all or like she was trying to sell us on something. She genuinely cared about what we wanted and needed in a home. It was amazing from start to finish. We are truly grateful for her, because we were in quite a situation with housing, and she worked so hard to get us into a house that we love. I will be recommending her to anyone, and everyone that I know that is looking to purchase a house. She is amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.
