I have had Shaheen as my insurance agent since 2012, and he has been nothing but amazing. Professional, quick to respond, always remembers me and the details of what I have covered through Allstate. I own three properties, all insured through him. One of them had catastrophic flooding twice in 7 years, and they've always covered everything quickly. I have had probably 4 or 5 vehicles covered with them as well, and everything has been great. My car recently got into a horrible crash due to a manufacturer's defect, and while working with the car company to get them to acknowledge that they are at fault has been a terrible experience, working with Shaheen has been the one thing that has made this whole ordeal easier.
