Water Woes
Did you know that if your 5 gallon water bottle from your water service leaks for 24 hours into the carpet of your upstairs office, that's on you to take care of? We found this out the hard way. Immediately I called Gerrit Wood with ServiceMaster. He's been visiting our office for years and I KNEW he'd know what to do and help me. He was here within the hour and equipped with the big flood vacuum! Being in the insurance business we know how big a deal water can be and how important it is to get it cleaned up before it travels (to our downstairs neighbors) or starts to make the room smell musty. With knowledge, hard work and sweat, Gerrit had the water removed in no time. He returned a few days later to double check that everything was dry. Saved the day and saved the offices from major damage. I have always recommended ServiceMaster to customers and friends and will be continuing to do so. Water woes washed away! Thank you ServiceMaster!!!!
