When our refrigerator flooded our kitchen and our wood floors were ruined, we felt overwhelmed. Jeremy was in right away with multiple heavy duty fans and dehumidifiers. Flooring was pulled up, cabinets were removed carefully and quickly. They were unpacked (and repacked later). Everything moved so smoothly we were quite shocked. The dismay turned into confidence in the work that was going on. They turned our disaster into business as usual. (for them) and took care of everything - including explaining, reexplaining and being available whenever needed. The best company I've ever worked with regarding anything.
