We previously were customers of another local alarm company, (for about 15 years) but unfortunately felt this was no longer a good fit. After exploring our options we decided to stay local and go with Security Alarm Corporation. From our first contact (requesting general information), to the quote process and installation everyone has been professional, helpful and responsive to our communication. Paul, who was our contact person for the quote, responded promptly and was able to answer all my questions. Travis, who did the installation, was fantastic. He arrived on-time, was professional, provided excellent instructions on use, and cleaned up behind himself. It’s been a pleasure to do business with SAC and would recommend them to others in the market for an alarm system.
