My initial experience with Scott was about 6 months ago, when I brought my Mother into his office to purchase an auto policy for her. He was not only professional, but kind and genuine. So much so, that I transferred over from my previous insurer to his office. He understands my desire to work with a company that will provide personal service and be easy to connect with. I have all my policies with his office and feel as though my family is in good hands.
Updated Review: Since the original review I've spent a lot of time working with Cody. He's always responsive to my messages and good at finding ways to save me money. He recently saved me almost $100 on my business auto by bundling almost all of my business insurance with Farmers. Super happy... Thanks Cody :)
Original Review: Scott is awesome! We were with Liberty Mutual before making the switch a few months ago. We left Liberty shortly after a not at fault accident when they called to inform us they discovered they wrote our initial policy wrong and need to make a few changes. Those changes made our insurance go up a little more than double (yes double) so we decide to shop around. We called a few places with the last company being Scott at Farmers. Farmers does things a little different than Liberty and a few other companies we called which gave us the best deal. Switching to Farmers lowered our old Liberty premium with smaller deductibles. Farmers was also able to do better on our homeowners insurance so we brought that over as well. In addition to that they now insure our camp trailer and jet ski. We are so happy to say we called one more company before making the switch.
What we love most is the fact that you can call, text or drive down to this Farmers office and talk to Scott directly. Almost every time we call he's there and if he's not and we leave a message he's quick to call right back.
Shortly after making the switch we had a glass claim on our sun roof. We called Scott and he was on it. Within minutes of talking to him I had a call from Farmers to set up an appointment with local glass and/or body shops. I requested an adjuster come to look at it first and they had no problem doing that. Kevin (the adjuster) called me the same day and met me at my house the next day to handle my unique glass claim. Scott, Farmers and Kevin kept in touch and saw it through all the way to the end when I decide to have them send me a check instead of repairing it. Kevin even followed up to make sure the check arrived which it had.
Best experience ever with an insurance company.
