Sara has been so great! We first started working together in 2009 for the purchase of my first home. Again in 2017 for the sale, and lastly in 2018 for the purchase of my new home! I can't imagine working with anyone else. She makes the whole experience so comfortable and meaningful!
Sara is simply the best at what she does! My husband and I worked with her to find and buy our home in summer 2017. It took us several offers before we landed on a home that worked out for us, and the sellers gave us a challenging round of negotiation -- through it all, Sara stayed calm, kept us informed, had excellent attention to detail, and led us through to the other side with success. She was a great advocate for us at every step. Her knowledge and expertise in real estate is impressive and inspires a great deal of confidence. She is friendly and easy to be with, knows her stuff inside and out, and always follows through on what she says she's going to do. She truly makes what can be a confusing and overwhelming process feel enjoyable!
Sara has been our realtor for three moves. Our first two moves were at times where the market was reasonable. Our latest move was at the height of the market. Every time we work with Sara, we know that she's working with our best interests at heart and we can trust her judgement. With the crazy market, we went through the ups and downs of competing against multiple offers. Sara rallied us through that hectic time and we ended up landing an amazing home! Thank you Sara!
I've been in the lending business for 14 years and have worked with Sara on many occasions. I used Sara to purchase my home in 2015 and she's amazing. She has excellent communication and knowledge for the market. I'd highly recommend Sara to any of my clients, family, or friends!
I highly recommend Sara to all my friends and family! She has been my go to real estate professional for years because she is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate in this area and she is always willing to go above and beyond. She is great at communicating promptly to all questions and concerns which definitely makes buying and selling homes much less stressful.
