Excellent Customer Service

All three sales folks at Salem Paint Company are wonderful. I am a Nervous Nellie and they successfully calmed my nerves by giving excellent advice and encouragement – repeatedly as I am very unsure of myself as I age and I may have perhaps over-visit the store. They never made me feel unwanted nor annoyed. I never heard, "What! Steve again!" I highly recommend Salem Paint Company on the corner of Commercial NE and Division, across the street from the Salem Police Department.

    Staff that knows what they are talking about

    Sherwin Williams has officially lost my business. I will be using salem paint company moving forward. I was looking for a displacement pump for my graco 695. After other stores gave me the run around because they had no clue what I was talking about. A brief conversation with Craig, he knew exactly what I needed. Had the part shipped from graco and in my hands within a couple days. Absolute clear communication, and zero BS. Way to go Craig! We will be doing business in the future.

    So knowlegable!

    I love going to get my paint at Salem Paint Company. Not only do they know what they're talking about, they go above and beyond in their customer service. I also love that they keep a database with my paint colors so if I ever need to do a touch up I can call and they'll have the paint ready when I get there.

    So Knowledgeable

    I've used Salem Paint for over 20 years. Anytime we have a painting project, home inside and out, deck, fence, and even craft projects they're the ones with the answers to getting our projects done right. Thank you Salem Paint for all the help over the years

    Very Knowledgeable

    Craig, Carol, and Sam are amazing. They are so knowledgeable about paint, primer, stains, sealers, and all the products to apply them. Their customer service is top notch. I'll never buy paint at a big box home improvement store again, they just don't have the knowledge and experience to really answer my questions.

    Outstanding business - great service and products every time

    I have completed several painting and paint-related projects, and Salem Paint is my go-to business for needed materials. They are more than just sellers of paint--the knowledge they have is truly that of experts.
