Best in Class Service and Overall Value.

The title says it all. This company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I told the sales team what I wanted, they worked with me to get me exactly that, were fair on the price, and honored thier commitements. OMG I hate to say it, but after dealing may contractors over the years, that actually felt novel! On top of that, installation crews were curtious, had real personalities and a drive to ensure I knew what was going on to the extent I was interested, were on time, and briefed me at the end of each day on what they accomplished, what they had left to do, and when they would return to do it. It was as if each person I dealt with really understood the work they were doing, knew it was important to me, and was there to ensure I got what I expected. To me and I expect most people, that is truely "Best in Class" service and value. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Salem Heating & Sheet Metal.
