A Pleasure to Work With!
Salem Heating & Sheet Metal has serviced my home for 8 years now. They installed our initial A.C. years ago, and recently installed two Fujitsu Mini-splits in our bedroom and home theater. Their products and pricing were under the competition, and every install I've had thus far has been great. The crew was easy to work with, diligent, paid attention to details and were just a joy to have around. Their sales team listened to my problems with cooling our rooms, and recommended the best solutions, without any of the typical pressure, or up-selling you might get from other salesman. They didn't just take one look around...then offer a product. They checked everything, to see if there were other options, before I took the plunge into our new mini-splits. Overall, it was an enjoyable, easy and painless installation, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their homes cooling or heating. After 8 years...everything is still going strong!
