Outstanding and Attentive Staff
We held an advocacy training at the Salem Convention Center Grand Hotel Boardroom. After the training began we needed to add a microphone to the room. They were exceptional! When we came into the room before the meeting, the tablecloths all looked a little soiled, like they were left over from a previous group. They immediately changed all of the tablecloths without question and were very friendly during the process.
