We have used the Salem Convention Center in the past and have always been pleased with their service. The positive attitude of those who work the conferences makes interactions pleasant and problems get solved with the minimum of fuss. The event staff makes preparation easy and those who come to the conference experience an open space that is clean and inviting. We will definitely be back.

The staff was lovely, the venue beautiful, and the food good, but, man, it was freezing! And the wi-fi was terrible. Not a comfortable or productive business conference.

Parking garage is below ground, full size trucks suggest street parking. As far as rooms go, we did not stay at the hotel that is adjoining, we used the Willamette room upstairs. Absolutely wonderful!
