Amazing Service, Great Venue
My husband and I chose the Grand Hotel Boardroom at the Salem Convention Center for our small wedding reception. What we got for the very reasonable price was amazing! Bentley's Grill catered our event, and the food was great. The room was all decorated for Christmas on our special day and looked perfect. The service was fantastic! The friendly staff took care of everything. They set up the room just as we wanted, and even arranged our wedding cupcakes beautifully for us. Our servers were there throughout the whole event with smiles on their faces, and were great from beginning to end! They were professional and fun, and always made sure our guests had what they needed. One of our servers, Crystal, was above and beyond fantastic! She was so fun and worked really hard to make our day special. I would definitely recommend the Salem Convention Center to anyone who needs a venue for an event, and I would especially recommend it to any brides out there!

Parking garage is below ground, full size trucks suggest street parking. As far as rooms go, we did not stay at the hotel that is adjoining, we used the Willamette room upstairs. Absolutely wonderful!
